About LederPuls
LederPuls is a transformative leadership development journey designed to strengthen your personal leadership and human competencies. It goes far beyond traditional theory: participants deepen their self-awareness, understand unconscious patterns, and develop the clarity and courage needed to lead with authenticity and presence.
At its core, LederPuls combines experiential learning with reflection and inner work. The programme includes immersive group modules, therapeutic dialogue, individual supervision sessions, and time in nature — all structured to support lasting personal and professional growth.
